i-Automation warrants the product based on the warranty clause of the manufacturer of the product. Customer should comply with the clauses of the warranty for enabling free Replacement or repair if within warranty.
If the product is not suitable then the customer should notify i-Automation within a 2 days after the receipt of the product at their premises and ship the material immediately and intimate i-Automation on email@example.com
Products must be returned in the original boxes in like-new condition
Products returned outside the 7 days policy will be subject to restocking fees; this will be informed to you by mail
Freight charges to be paid by the purchaser.
Warranties and return policy also do not apply to products that have been subject to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised repair, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not our fault, including damage caused in shipping.
