Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty :

i-Automation warrants the product based on the warranty clause of the manufacturer of the product. Customer should comply with the clauses of the warranty for enabling free Replacement or repair if within warranty.

Product Return:

If the product is not suitable then the customer should notify i-Automation within a 2 days after the receipt of the product at their premises and ship the material immediately and intimate i-Automation on
Products must be returned in the original boxes in like-new condition
Products returned outside the 7 days policy will be subject to restocking fees; this will be informed to you by mail

Guidelines : Before you request a return :
  • If you are returning items ordered with your I automation account, you must login to your account first. You cannot return items as a guest if those items were ordered through your account where original order was placed.
  • If requesting to return a product, please provide information like Order/Invoice No., shipping pin code and select the appropriate type/reason of return.
  • Once the form is received, it will be reviewed and responded to promptly with a disposition.

Freight charges to be paid by the purchaser.

Warranties and return policy also do not apply to products that have been subject to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised repair, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not our fault, including damage caused in shipping.
